Happy Valentine's Day from O'Neill Coffee!

Ingredients:
1 to 2 shots of espresso
3 tablespoons dark chocolate powder
6-8 oz. of milk
Whipped cream
Instructions:
- Steam together 6-8 oz. of milk and 3 tablespoons of a good, dark chocolate powder to your liking (Ghirardelli makes an excellent choice).
- Pour the espresso into your cup and add the steamed chocolate milk.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Add a special touch by dusting the whipped cream with a dash of cocoa powder or shaved chocolate, or kick it up a bit and add a 1 oz flavor shot. Some popular flavors are caramel, raspberry, peppermint or any flavor you like! Any flavored syrup made for coffee drinks may be used. Some of the more popular syrup brands are Torani or Monin and can be found in your local grocery stores.
