From notes of vanilla to black pepper, this coffee brings a great blend of a syrupy body and low acidity.

In the south Sulawesi province, the Torajan tribe maintains a traditional village lifestyle, harvesting farms of just 3-acres in size at elevations at up 2000 meters above sea level.

At the community micro-mills, producers sort cherries, depulp, ferment them overnight, wash, and lay wet parchment out on patios. From there, the coffee is "wet-hulled" giving the coffee it's unique bluish color that sets it apart from many other origins.
