Grown in Santa Ana, El Salvador by the Lima Family, a third-generation coffee business.
After harvesting on their 60-hectere Finca Hungria farm at 1100 meters above sea level, the cherries are taken to the Balcanes Mill where they are patio dried for 18 days. From there each cherry is hulled and processed for export.
