These towns are a part of the Sovereign State Timor-Leste (East Timor.) West Timor, which is also a coffee producing region, is a part of Indonesia.
Our Organic Timor Fair-Trade is roasted dark and has notes of chocolate, cedar, and nutmeg. It is naturally low in acid and carriers a subtle sweetness with a high body.
